We appreciate your interest in becoming an Associate member of the Virginia Transportation Construction Alliance.  The suppliers of materials and services to Virginia's transportation construction industry benefit tremendously from access to the industry's decision makers.

VTCA has forged a strong partnership with the Virginia Department of Transportation. Together, we address the many complex issues involved in constructing and maintaining Virginia’s transportation facilities. As just one example, VTCA members are on the VDOT task forces responsible for materials certifications, specifications and spec changes.

VTCA is the industry’s effective and respected voice. The actions of the Virginia General Assembly form and frame the Commonwealth’s transportation programs. VTCA works closely with elected officials to foster enactment of sound transportation legislation. Legislators seek our guidance as they debate and evaluate public policy on transportation.
