What is VTCA?
The Virginia Transportation Construction Alliance is dedicated to serving the
specific needs of businesses involved in Virginia’s transportation construction
and aggregate industries. We serve contractors, aggregate producers, materials suppliers, consulting engineers and other
professional service firms. We are the industry's forum for open communication with
the Virginia Department of Transportation, Virginia Department of
Environmental Quality, Virginia Department of Mines, Minerals and
Energy, Mine Safety and Health Administration, and other agencies.
